Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - East.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical queries via IM and email
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to API integrations, systems issues, and multi-product workflows
- Document steps to connect to new tools and build workflows during remote sessions with customers
Required Qualifications
- Two years of technical support experience in automation or a related field
- Experience troubleshooting in a web-based environment, including HTTP and basic networking
- Familiarity with APIs and interpreting API documentation
- Experience handling inbound technical customer requests via chat and email
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript
