Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-impact technical support for Digital Pathology Imaging applications and hardware
  • Communicate application functionality and best practices to customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain case documentation and collaborate with the team to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience or Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience with server components and technologies such as IIS/Apache, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows Server OS
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and proficiency in command-line tools (CMD, PowerShell, PuTTY)
  • Experience in medical devices, applications, or regulated environments is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for work-related purposes
