Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and complete tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Effectively and efficiently work with customers and partners to resolve reported problems
- Track all customer contact within approved tracking systems
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- 2+ years' experience in an IBM z/OS environment as a Systems Programmer, DBA, or Application Developer
- 1+ years' experience with z/OS Database or application development platforms (e.g., CICS, IMS, ADABAS, IDMS, VSAM)
- Experience with JCL, ISPF, and SMP/E
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, specifically with IBM z/OS and TCP/IP
