Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to independently resolve complex technical issues and customer-reported incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, diagnosing issues and maintaining relationships
- Own support cases end-to-end, ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration for resolution
- Utilize lab environments to reproduce issues and contribute to knowledge base articles for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of hands-on technical support or engineering experience in a customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer cases with minimal oversight
- Experience with log analysis, troubleshooting, and database fundamentals including SQL
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Windows Server environments
