Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer, VIP to provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and consultation through Zendesk tickets and customer calls
- Handle escalated customer issues requiring deeper investigation and complex debugging scenarios
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze logs, customer codebases, and provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices
Required Qualifications
- US-based position; candidates must hold American citizenship
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in enterprise WordPress support
- Proficient in reading and troubleshooting code in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of WordPress core concepts, including themes, plugins, and common troubleshooting patterns
- Familiarity with web technologies, including REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and version control (Git)
