Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer L1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide post-implementation support and technical issue resolution for storage hardware and software products
  • Conduct daily remote monitoring of the storage environment and manage open tickets with timely updates
  • Develop and submit knowledge-based articles while building positive relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
  • BS in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • In-depth technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Preferred 4+ years of experience in technical support for storage or enterprise-level infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, UNIX, Windows) and networking fundamentals
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and provide exceptional customer service
