Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer environments related to Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and networking issues
  • Manage alert systems and document processes while reproducing customer issues in labs
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve escalated issues and provide customer support during incidents
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred or equivalent work history (3+ years in technical customer support)
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with DCOPs, firmware upgrades, and various hardware platforms
  • Networking experience, including troubleshooting tools and concepts
  • Knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and virtualization solutions
