Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer environments related to Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and networking technologies
- Resolve IaaS-related needs in customer datacenters and handle alert management
- Collaborate with the development team on customer issues and participate in on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred or equivalent work history
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in IaaS or SaaS technologies
- Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with networking tools and troubleshooting network issues
- Knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and virtualization solutions
