Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer environments related to Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and networking technologies
  • Resolve IaaS-related needs in customer datacenters and handle alert management
  • Collaborate with the development team on customer issues and participate in on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred or equivalent work history
  • 3+ years of technical customer support experience in IaaS or SaaS technologies
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with networking tools and troubleshooting network issues
  • Knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and virtualization solutions
