Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support for proprietary software and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general helpdesk support and manage knowledge base using Zendesk
  • Offer technical guidance and support to users, including installation and configuration of software
  • Maintain documentation and assist with troubleshooting software and networking issues
Required Qualifications
