Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support for proprietary software and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general helpdesk support and manage knowledge base using Zendesk
- Offer technical guidance and support to users, including installation and configuration of software
- Maintain documentation and assist with troubleshooting software and networking issues
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Windows OS, networking, and hardware
