Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot customer environments related to Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and networking
  • Reproduce and confirm customer issues in labs, providing detailed information to the development team
  • Handle escalations and communicate effectively with customers during incidents
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred or equivalent work history
  • 3+ years of technical customer support experience in IaaS/SaaS technologies
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and networking concepts
  • Experience with DCOPs, firmware upgrades, and networking tools
