Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer environments related to Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and networking
- Reproduce and confirm customer issues in labs, providing detailed information to the development team
- Handle escalations and communicate effectively with customers during incidents
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred or equivalent work history
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in IaaS/SaaS technologies
- Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and networking concepts
- Experience with DCOPs, firmware upgrades, and networking tools
