Job Summary

Technical Support Engineer, a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to enhance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues and provide advanced support directly to customers, including troubleshooting platform-related problems
  • Manage support tickets, respond within SLA timeframes, and document bugs or edge cases in collaboration with engineering
  • Write and maintain technical content, including user guides and FAQs, to improve customer support resources
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting REST APIs and backend services
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, machine learning systems, or data-intensive applications
  • Strong technical writing abilities with experience creating user guides and troubleshooting documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple support cases
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols like OAuth2 and API key authentication
