Job Summary

Technical Support Engineer provides full-time technical support for healthcare products, addressing complex issues, managing customer satisfaction, and performing system maintenance remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation resource for customers
  • Document technical issues and troubleshooting steps in CRM while managing customer support experience
  • Perform preventative maintenance and remote software upgrades to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, workstations, servers, and storage systems
  • Strong proficiency with workstation and server operating systems
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols
  • Proven capability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision
  • Degree from a Technical College/University or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields
