Job Summary
Supporting retail technology environments, the full-time remote Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems and payment platforms while providing exceptional customer service across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems and payment software
