Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Associate Technical Support Engineer will remotely assist customers with technical issues related to the iCIMS platform, conduct root-cause analyses, and deliver customized solutions while contributing to a 24x7 support team.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical and consultative support to customers regarding the iCIMS platform and integration products
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service by maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of work experience in a customer service role
  • Good working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and its components
  • Strong knowledge of web-browser based technologies
  • Ability to be flexible in work schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Capacity to control interactions in a consultative manner
