Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support to customers, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot complex issues related to Ops Log, Parsing, API, Power BI, and various hardware, software, and network systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via various communication channels
  • Monitor system performance and manage Ops Log, ensuring optimal operation and addressing parsing errors
  • Collaborate with IT teams and document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or IT support roles
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and knowledge of networking protocols
  • Experience with remote support tools and scripting/automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation
