Job Summary

Working remotely on a weekend shift, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will triage and manage technical support tickets from enterprise customers, investigate incidents, and contribute to the team's knowledge base while collaborating with a global team.

Key responsibilities
  • Triage and own technical support tickets, collaborating with a global team across time zones
  • Investigate incidents methodically, reading logs and running queries to surface root causes
  • Write clear internal notes and documentation for continuity and shared knowledge
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with genuine fluency
  • Willingness to work weekends (Friday to Tuesday) with days off during the week
  • Technical background in software, systems, or related fields, with problem-solving experience
  • Familiarity with Linux tools, such as find and grep
  • Strong note-taking skills to gain context and build confidence for both the engineer and the customer
