Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Technical Support Engineer will establish scalable support processes, collaborate on client onboarding, and proactively monitor platform activities to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and evolve support operations in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to create onboarding experiences for high-profile enterprise clients
  • Monitor platform activity and work with developers to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect clients
Required qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in high-growth tech environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and incident management skills with familiarity in cloud platforms and APIs
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including engineers and product managers
  • Demonstrated appetite for ownership and innovation in fast-paced settings
  • Bonus: Experience in blockchain, crypto, or digital asset platforms
