Job Summary
Providing exceptional post-sales support, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will resolve technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance processes while working remotely across Canada and the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver post-sales break-fix support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain core competency on the entire product line and create or update knowledge base content
- Provide white-glove treatment for critical accounts and replicate customer issues in the lab for troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles as a Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Unix Systems, virtualization technologies, scripting, and API integrations
- Experience in network security within support, design, consultancy, or operations roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education/training/experience
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and experience in ICS security projects
