Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional customer support remotely, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing attribution and integrations while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide timely support via email, live chat, phone, and screen shares
- Troubleshoot HTML, JavaScript, and integrations with platforms like Google Analytics and CRMs
- Guide customers through setup and configuration of attribution tools and lead tracking
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related customer-facing technical role
- Experience supporting a SaaS product, particularly in marketing or analytics
- Proficient in troubleshooting HTML, JavaScript, and browser-based issues
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
- Familiarity with Zapier, CRM software, and basic understanding of Google Paid Ads and SEO tactics
