Job Summary

Providing top-notch technical assistance remotely, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot customer issues, analyze SQL queries, and ensure smooth operations of the automation platform while engaging with clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering technical assistance and troubleshooting support via email and phone
  • Create and analyze SQL queries to identify and resolve data-related customer issues
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Required qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL and database knowledge
  • Experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude towards customer service
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with Python and AWS services is desirable
