Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support, the full-time remote Technical Support Engineer will manage customer inquiries, resolve complex technical issues, and enhance customer satisfaction while documenting solutions and maintaining system stability.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and resolve technical issues for internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication throughout the process
- Document detailed troubleshooting steps and solutions in the CRM to build a comprehensive knowledge base
- Perform preventative maintenance and remote software upgrades to ensure system stability for customers
Required qualifications
- Experience in a Help Desk environment, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, workstation and server OS platforms, and network infrastructure
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments with minimal supervision
- Proficient in documentation and communication skills
- Degree from a Technical College/University or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields
