Job Summary
Working closely with customers and internal teams, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will resolve complex technical issues and enhance support processes for the Multi-Sensor Annotation Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide application troubleshooting and technical support to clients
- Collaborate with service desk and product teams to improve support processes
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by addressing and resolving technical challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Knowledge of AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage
- Experience with data formats such as JSON and CSV, and data pipelines
