Job Summary

Working closely with customers and internal teams, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will resolve complex technical issues and enhance support processes for the Multi-Sensor Annotation Platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide application troubleshooting and technical support to clients
  • Collaborate with service desk and product teams to improve support processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by addressing and resolving technical challenges
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage
  • Experience with data formats such as JSON and CSV, and data pipelines
