Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot customer-reported issues, communicate product information, and advocate for customer needs while collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and investigating customer-reported issues and questions
  • Communicating relevant concepts and analyzing customer configurations
  • Handling escalations and advocating for customers in resolving functional issues
Required qualifications:
  • Familiarity with modern web technology and accessibility, including REST API and HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle from roadmap to deployment
  • Experience with relational database structures such as SQL
  • Studying or holding a degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent knowledge
  • Specific knowledge of Salesforce and Apex is a significant plus
