Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Technical Support Engineer II, the successful candidate will resolve moderately complex technical issues, utilize SQL for data validation, and contribute to the internal knowledge base while ensuring timely support for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve escalated technical issues including data validation and workflow troubleshooting
- Utilize SQL to pull data and validate customer reports for root cause investigations
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base for L1 support
Required qualifications
- Solid working knowledge of SQL, including SELECT statements and joins
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs and identify patterns
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to independently manage issues from escalation through resolution
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for basic scripting tasks
