Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Support Engineer will manage customer support for three .NET products, focusing on deep technical debugging and collaboration with the engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Own customer support for Document Automation Server, Searchlight, and DocuVieware, addressing technical issues and documentation queries
- Write custom sample code to assist customers with complex features such as OCR and data extraction
- Contribute to documentation and provide actionable bug reports and feature requests to engineering
Required qualifications
- Solid technical depth in C#, with the ability to read and debug code
- Experience with APIs and understanding of error messages
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks independently
- Experience with Java or Python is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to improving customer experience
