Job Summary
Working remotely from the West Coast, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical inquiries related to vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and analyze customer technical inquiries, ensuring timely problem resolution
- Recreate customer software issues in a lab environment for engineering assessment and provide actionable insights on vulnerability scan results
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tenable products and contribute to solution knowledge creation for customer and internal use
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience with networking, Linux/Unix, macOS, and Windows administration
- Experience providing technical support to enterprise clients and troubleshooting complex issues
- Demonstrated interest in AI and Large Language Models with hands-on experience
- Knowledge of computer, network, and application security; familiarity with Nessus or similar tools is a plus
