Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Technical Support Engineer I will support global customers with the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of MultiValue database products while engaging in QA initiatives and light development tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support global customers by resolving complex issues in live production environments and conducting root cause analysis
- Assist the QA team with testing database patches and new releases while developing automation scripts for log analysis
- Participate in 24/7 on-call shifts to respond to critical incidents and ensure operational continuity
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in Technical Support, QA, or junior development roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and AIX operating systems
- Basic programming skills in C and Python, with a willingness to engage in code debugging
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its application in enterprise software and support workflows
