Job Summary

As a problem-solving, developer-focused technologist, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot complex software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and consult directly with clients to ensure timely resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Consult with clients to identify root causes and drive timely issue resolution
  • Take ownership of technical issues, prioritize development needs, and communicate impacts to relevant teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling complex technical cases
  • Experience with REST API frameworks
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Understanding of email technology (SMTP, iMail, LDAP) and networking
  • Comfortable using generative AI tools for troubleshooting and research
