Job Summary

To enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will operate and maintain core production and development applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from California.

Key responsibilities:
  • Operate, maintain, and support production and development applications, ensuring high service quality
  • Identify and lead initiatives for process and product support improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various environments, including debugging enterprise code
Required qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
  • Proficiency in Linux environments and understanding of networking principles
  • Strong experience in technology roles with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Solid understanding of application architecture and CI/CD processes
