Job Summary
To enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will operate and maintain core production and development applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from California.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and support production and development applications, ensuring high service quality
- Identify and lead initiatives for process and product support improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various environments, including debugging enterprise code
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Proficiency in Linux environments and understanding of networking principles
- Strong experience in technology roles with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Solid understanding of application architecture and CI/CD processes
- Proven experience in troubleshooting through log analysis and root cause analysis
