Job Summary

Providing technical support to corporate clients, the remote Technical Support Engineer will communicate with users of Access Server & CloudConnexa, troubleshoot networking issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients regarding Access Server & CloudConnexa, addressing their technical inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve client issues received through the ticketing system
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to resolve complex technical problems
Required qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sysadmin/Support roles with a focus on networking and Linux troubleshooting
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, Routing, and Layer 3
  • Experience using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
