Job Summary
Enthusiastic and experienced, the fully remote Technical Support Engineer will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while managing support tickets and creating knowledge base content.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a product expert by testing installation and configuration features of FileCloud across multiple desktop applications
- Respond to all Level 1 & Level 2 support tickets within SLA while following up with customers on ticket status
- Create internal tickets with product engineering and develop knowledge base content from resolved issues
Required Qualifications
- Currently based in the US and a US citizen
- Available to work a shift between 9 am to 5 pm CST and support weekend rotation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
