Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Support Engineer will manage customer support requests, debug Web3 issues, and collaborate with the developer team to ensure quick resolutions for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle technical customer support and resolve issues related to blockchain services
- Collaborate with a remote team to track and reproduce customer issues, providing actionable insights
- Write scripts and utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and document problems effectively
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
- 1+ year of experience with blockchain technology or equivalent personal projects
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, GoLang, Ruby, or Bash
- Knowledge of internet core protocols including DNS, TCP/SSL, and HTTP
- Experience managing Linux hosts and maintaining infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
