Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers, utilizing various communication channels and CRM tools to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on Cellebrite solutions using phone, email, and chat services
  • Manage support cases remotely while adhering to established SLA and KPI compliance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance customer support and issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or IT support
  • Hands-on experience with Windows workstation/application support and intermediate networking services
  • Proven experience in supporting application software solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
