Job Summary
Providing high-quality support to customers and internal teams, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will resolve technical issues related to the platform, troubleshoot integration problems, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues and provide advanced support directly to customers, including troubleshooting APIs and UI issues
- Manage support tickets by responding within SLA timeframes and escalating complex issues as needed
- Analyze API logs and error messages to identify root causes and provide structured feedback to engineering teams
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting REST APIs and backend services, including authentication flows
- Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills across web platforms and cloud environments
- Familiarity with AI platforms, machine learning systems, or data-intensive applications
- Proficiency in technical writing, including creating user guides and troubleshooting documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple support cases effectively
