Job Summary
Empowering heavy civil construction leaders, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will provide expert-level support and technical troubleshooting for clients using the B2W ONE Platform, while collaborating with development teams to enhance software functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Champion Customer Success: Provide expert-level support via phone and screen-sharing to help clients navigate configuration, product functionality, and hosted services
- Master Technical Troubleshooting: Dive deep into system performance, permissions, and data inconsistencies to resolve complex application errors
- Drive Platform Evolution: Collaborate directly with Development teams by documenting defects and trends to influence future software enhancements
Required qualifications
- College degree in a relevant field with a solid understanding of relational database concepts
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop/server operating systems and Google products
- Previous experience with SQL or a background in coding/programming
- Prior experience working within the AECO or construction technology space
- Experience using CRM systems to manage and track complex case lists
