Job Summary

Detail-oriented professionals will find a full-time Technical Support Engineer opportunity focused on troubleshooting complex code and client integrations, advocating for product improvements, and building internal tools, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deep-dive into complex code and client integrations to identify bugs and performance issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs and client feedback
  • Build internal tools and dashboards to enhance the efficiency of the support process
Required qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in a technical client-facing support engineering or software development role
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, websockets, and webhooks
  • Ability to write SQL queries to analyze data from internal databases
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python, Javascript/Typescript, Golang, or Rust
  • Experience with logging, documentation, and ticket tracking tools
