Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for the 3rd Shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products, software, or services
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience, master's degree and 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Technically inclined and enjoy wearing multiple hats
  • Strong understanding of the technical field or experience graduating from a coding Bootcamp
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, Go, Java or similar)
