Job Summary

Providing hands-on technical support for Napster's API and Azure platform, the full-time Technical Support Engineer, API / Azure will assist developers, enterprise customers, and Microsoft engineers in integrating and deploying solutions while troubleshooting technical issues and building support documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support developers and enterprise customers with API integration and deployment issues
  • Investigate and resolve technical support issues, creating clear reproductions and escalation reports
  • Build and maintain troubleshooting guides, known-issue articles, and other support documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles
  • Experience supporting APIs, SDKs, or cloud services
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and client/server debugging
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
  • Experience working directly with developers and enterprise customers
