Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II for the Scores Software Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for on-premise and AWS Cloud deployments
- Coordinate with a distributed support team to manage ticket queues and maintain internal knowledge base articles
- Diagnose cloud-related performance and configuration issues using AWS tools and escalate complex problems as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of relevant software technical support experience
- Experience with the AWS Cloud Computing environment
- Basic knowledge of Application Support, PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS
- Experience in a programming language (Java, Python, .Net, C/C++)
