Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II for the Scores Software Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for on-premise and AWS Cloud deployments
  • Coordinate with a distributed support team to manage ticket queues and maintain internal knowledge base articles
  • Diagnose cloud-related performance and configuration issues using AWS tools and escalate complex problems as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of relevant software technical support experience
  • Experience with the AWS Cloud Computing environment
  • Basic knowledge of Application Support, PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS
  • Experience in a programming language (Java, Python, .Net, C/C++)
