Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - IoT

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd level technical support for internet connected products
  • Analyze customer needs and suggest solutions
  • Drive improvement programs across top customers for IoT product performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-tech industry in a technical support role
  • Experience with API testing and tools like Postman
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP(S), and RESTful web services
  • Experience with networking protocols such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, ZigBee, Z-Wave
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
