Key Responsibilities

Provide 3rd level technical support for internet connected products
Analyze customer needs and suggest solutions
Drive improvement programs across top customers for IoT product performance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a high-tech industry in a technical support role
Experience with API testing and tools like Postman
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP(S), and RESTful web services
Experience with networking protocols such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, ZigBee, Z-Wave
BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
