Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for Red Hat Enterprise Linux for SAP Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with partners, customers, and cloud providers to create joint solutions based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Provide technical support to enterprise customers by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
- Contribute to the knowledge management system, document diagnostic steps, and drive issue escalation when needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Linux operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Practical experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience installing SAP products is a plus
- Ability to build documentation and assess customer environments
- Ability to learn new technologies and follow industry trends
