Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Norwegian speaking, based in Norway).

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-level technical support to primarily Norwegian customers
  • Managing and resolving incidents and support tickets according to defined SLAs
  • Proactively monitoring system performance and identifying issues before they escalate
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments
  • Knowledge of IP configuration, VPNs, routing, databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL), and general security protocols
  • Fluent Norwegian language skills (both verbal and written) - essential
  • Experience or understanding of telecom networks (2G-5G) - a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Cisco routers/switches, AWS/cloud services, and basic scripting is preferred
