Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support and troubleshoot technical problems for users
- Coordinate resolution of high-complexity issues and assist with technical roadblocks
- Advocate for user needs, work on API integrations, and contribute to internal projects
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a technical support role for cloud products
- Experience supporting developer tools
- Experience with tier-1 relational databases and Cloud DevOps on AWS
- Proficiency in programming languages like Node.js, Python, C#, Rust, Go, or Java
- Experience in Linux systems administration and network administration
