Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshoot technical problems for users
  • Coordinate resolution of high-complexity issues and assist with technical roadblocks
  • Advocate for user needs, work on API integrations, and contribute to internal projects

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in a technical support role for cloud products
  • Experience supporting developer tools
  • Experience with tier-1 relational databases and Cloud DevOps on AWS
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Node.js, Python, C#, Rust, Go, or Java
  • Experience in Linux systems administration and network administration
