Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for Soluna Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales motions and onboard new customers
- Review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues
- Identify potential product defects and provide feedback for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
- Experience deploying AI Models and Data Sets on NVIDIA GPU Clusters
- Proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration software and Infrastructure as a Service components
- Experience with core OS services and networking concepts
