Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for Soluna Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales motions and onboard new customers
  • Review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues
  • Identify potential product defects and provide feedback for improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
  • Experience deploying AI Models and Data Sets on NVIDIA GPU Clusters
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration software and Infrastructure as a Service components
  • Experience with core OS services and networking concepts
