Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day tasks of a team of Solar Performance Associates & Specialists
- Coaching and providing feedback for teammates on diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to solar systems and taking appropriate actions
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of solar experience with in-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems
- Proven experience in providing technical support or customer service
- 6+ months of formal or informal leadership experience
- CRM experience such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred)
- NABCEP or similar solar technical certification (preferred)
