Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls to resolve technical issues affecting the software
  • Field calls regarding office configuration and network slowness
  • Coordinate server transfers and assist with backup drive errors

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service/support experience
  • 1-2 years of computer application-based technical support or IT experience
  • Working knowledge of network concepts, macOS, PostgreSQL, Java, and JavaScript
  • Terminal and command line knowledge
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred
