Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical efforts for web application security technologies and infrastructure
- Mentor technical team members and provide direct support through customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years of experience in technical support for internet services/applications/environments
- 2 years of experience in technical support engineering focused on cyber security & LB/CDN services
- 3 years of experience in networking analysis & troubleshooting
- 3 years of experience in Python/Bash/R or similar scripting and data analysis
