Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical efforts for web application security technologies and infrastructure
  • Mentor technical team members and provide direct support through customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 years of experience in technical support for internet services/applications/environments
  • 2 years of experience in technical support engineering focused on cyber security & LB/CDN services
  • 3 years of experience in networking analysis & troubleshooting
  • 3 years of experience in Python/Bash/R or similar scripting and data analysis
