Job Summary

Coordinating daily site operational activities, the full-time Master Tech Serv Desk will ensure timely service delivery, lead agent training, and implement efficiency improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure achievement of performance expectations
  • Lead projects to improve efficiency and resolution response time, including agent training
  • Develop metrics to evaluate ticket trends and identify areas for improvement
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate Degree may be required
  • Generally, 7+ years of experience in the area of responsibility
  • Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
