Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical services operations and ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Facilitate communication between account teams and service delivery departments

Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in a client servicing role is required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a Service Desk environment preferred but not required
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to lead with a positive attitude and handle pressure effectively
