Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager (Medical Imaging).
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical support roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Expertise in troubleshooting methodologies and support operations management
- Proficiency with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and Windows environments
- Experience managing 24/7 support operations, including scheduling and on-call responsibilities
